I'll admit it - I didn't get my 2 30-45 minute runs in this week. I only did a 33 minute run tonight, and I barely even got that in. I almost skipped it but guilt took over so I sucked it up and went out there. I'm so glad I did because it made me feel a lot better and a hell of a lot less guilty/lazy. It was another night run and it was chilly but it was worth it.
Saturday's group run is 5 miles, and it is also on my birthday. Dedication is me waking up at 5:30 am on my birthday to do this. If you didn't think I could do it before, now you better.
